Equipment handover occurs on the date specified at the time of application, either by home delivery or at the airport counters of the Company. - Prepaid SIM (charge pack) Customers who have completed charge pack purchase procedures can commence usage on the date approved by the Company. |

| Cancellations and returns |
- Rental service A cancellation charge of \1,080 occurs from two (2) days before the scheduled handover date. An additional charge occurs in case the cancellation happens after the product is shipped. Due to the nature of the service, incurred telephone charges will not be refunded. - Prepaid SIM (charge pack) Due to the nature of the product, cancellation is unavailable. |
